These events take part in the 3 areas of Gwynedd – Dwyfor, Meirionnydd and Arfon and the competitions are held in the local Leisure Centres. For those who are unable to attend there are also in-house challenges so that everyone gets to feel part of the event. Winners recieve a shield and all participants are presented with a medal.
